Spencer Heath

Spencer Heath was an aero inventor and propeller expert in Washington, DC.

He founded the American Propeller Manufacturing Company around 1910-12 first in DC then moved it to Baltimore. This company "manufactured 75 percent of all propellers used by America in World War I."[1][2]
