Perry, Beadle and Co. was formed by pilot E. W. Copland Perry and engineer F. P. Hyde-Beadle.

Produced two biplanes, 1914, both accepted by Royal Naval Air Service; designed flying boat built 1914, mainly by Saunders, which was a failure. Perry patented sponson-wing floatplane, 1914.
