Patent FR-1910-417864

This is essentially identical to Patent AT-1910-52573, which was filed earlier. The Austrian patent makes reference to Alexander Suwada, possibly the inventor, an individual not mentionned on this patent. We may or may not be dealing with a case in which an inventor filed in collaboration with a firm, and was exluded(?), for lack of a better word, from subsequent filings.

We have nothing on the specific "Aktien-Gesellschaft", or "Aktiengesellschaft", in question. See Company types.

"Aktiengesellschaft R. Ph. Waagner, L. & J. Bíro & A. Kurz" is the precise applicant name as displayed on the French original document, whereas the Austrian gives "Aktien-Gesellschaft R. Ph. Waagner - L. & J. Biró & A. Kurz und Alexander Suwada", with the "und" as opposed to "&" possibly implying exlusion from the corporate name.
