Sewell was chief of the Aerial Photographic Branch, Engineer[ing?] Research & Development Laboratories, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. In this presentation he discloses a patent archive collected by Captain B. B. Talley at Wright-Patterson Air Force base.
