Control system can handle Curtiss-type, Farman-tpe, or Wright-type flaps/ailerons/secondary-aerofoils/wing-warping. Seeks to simplify and use fewer unique parts and make it easier for the operator (pilot).

Refers to itself indirectly as "lighter than air" but has every indication of being a "heaver than air vessel" latter/former mistake? (Later answer: the text refers to lighter than air craft, but not to refer to this invention.)
