"Aeroplan nach dem Drachenflieger-Typ."—as opposed to what other type of airplane? Drachenflieger had meant glider but was also a usual name for powered airplanes in the early years. This is a likely match of Patent FR-1910-416230, which bears the title "Aéroplane genre «cerf-volant»", i.e. "kite-type airplane". A German original likely exists and can be searched under the name used in the Luxembourgish filing.
