Patent GB-1900-22444

A 'sectional keel' for airships with components on rollers that can be extended or retracted when needed.
For what it's worth, the German filing Patent DE-1900-124967 seems essentially similar but for some reason uses vastly more abstract and unclear illustrations. Actually it seems the filing in German occurred nine months earlier, which could explain the discrepancy.
