As described in B&A: An elongated balloon divided into three compartments. The bow and stern compartments hold LTA gas, and the middle compartment is to hold a steam engine. Aeroplane wings are attached on each side, and get wider at the stern. Rudders with horizontal and vertical "webs" and motions enable steering. Lift comes partly from the wings and propellers.
- Noble is probably a local agent for Marriott, who was in the U.S.
