- No filing date is shown but the diagrams are identical to the French parent filed 1911-01-31 so it was presumably filed soon after that.
- It is not clear why Canda would have filed in Finland; perhaps he was a Finnish immigrant to France, or a Finn visiting France.
- Inventor location and occupation: Paris, Frankrike ; Fabrikant (presumably meaning the same as Manufacturer, as written on other Canda patents)
