Patent DE-1907-245824

This patent describes an airplane design with the pilot's seat suspended to act as a force for control and stability.

The British and French versions show a broader concept with more illustrations, describing a vehicle for use on sea, land, and air. It seems possible, especially considering the delay in granting the present version, that the original filing in the German office was similar but during the approval process got stripped down to the seat suspension element.
