From google patents abstract: "Airplane with wings arranged one above the other, which are connected to one another by means of handlebar struts for the purpose of mutual pivoting in the direction of flight, characterized in that the front struts can swing around a fixed point located between the surfaces, and the inner struts form frames in the form of isosceles triangles, which are swingable around the apex, so that when adjusting the wings are shifted alternately and at the same time their angle of incidence is changed"

The one diagram is different from those of the possible parents. Patent FR-1910-426786's diagrams seem closer than Patent FR-1910-426787. (he date of the parents is named, but not their numbers, so there is ambiguity.)
