Micciollo-Picasse was an aero inventor, a civil engineer, Le Puy (Haute-Loire), filing in collaboration with Gillet-Pâris, via the French Office de Brevets, in 1871.[1] (Some of our data has the spelling "Micciollo-Picasses" ; we are working on clarification.) There is a possibility of this man's being a close ancestor of Alfred Micciollo, filing a patent in 1904, also residing in the Haute-Loire, but there is clarification needed.
