Le Clément de Saint-Marcq

M. le commandant (or M. le Chevalier) Le Clément de Saint Marcq was a Belgian aero inventor and chief of Belgian military aerostatics in 1908.[1]

In 1894–5 he held the rank of lieutenant and was appointed by the Société royale de Géographie d'Anvers as secretary general of the committee to organize the 1894 Congrès de l'Atmospère in Anvers/Antwerp—on which he wrote a report, published in 1895.
