Kongliga Patent-och registreringsverket

The Kongliga Patent-och registreringsverket (Royal Patents & Registrations Agency) was the patent office of Sweden from 1895 onwards. (Sometime between then and now, they may have dropped "Kongliga", Royal; they go by "PRV". "Kongliga" frequently abbreviated to Kongl.)[1]

From 1885–1895 it was the Kongliga Patentbyrån (Royal Patent Office).

Balloonist Salomon August Andrée the chief engineer/examiner at the office from 1885.[2][3]
