George E. A. Hallett

George E. A. Hallett was an aero engineer who worked "on the road" for Curtiss Airplane, one year through Russia and Germany. Worked in engine and aero education for the military during the war. Was "in charge of all airplane engine development, design, testing and programme McCook Field, Dayton, Ohio."[1] [Is McCook field Wright-related?]
