- There are many sources about this little book on the Web, including pictures of its cover. Some sources say it was published in 1908, although Brockett does not give a date. A source identifies the publisher as Verlag von Levy & Müller, of Stuttgart.[1] It seems to have been republished in 1910, 1912, and perhaps other years.[2][3] With certainty it had been published before 1910 or it would not appear in the list of Brockett, 1910.
- One source gives this additional info about a copy for resale: "Zeppelins Kampf und Sieg. Stuttgart, Levy & Müller, (1908). Mit Porträt und 15 mitpag. Tafeln. 4 Bl., 168 S. Illustrierter Or.-Pp.; Kanten mit Schabstellen. - Brockett 815. - Erste Ausgabe"[4] Other sources also say 168 pages including 15 full-page illustrations.[5]
