Louis Menier

Louis Menier was an inventor, registering a "machine fluidostatique", having to do with propulsion, in 1836, with Anacharsis Menier, the latter being a per se aero inventor. This collaborative patent was done via Bordeaux (3, rue du Petit-Cancera, Gironde).
