Barouir Hovanes Balassanian was an aero inventor, with occupation -- and location --.

HIs first name is on some patent documents written as Baronir, Barouir, or Barquir. It's not clear yet which is correct.

In 1911 and 1912 he was listed as residing at 158 Gresham House, London, E.C. His occupation was listed as Mining Engineer.[1]

By some time in 1913 he was listed as residing in Germany.[2]
