Wright comments on an affidavit (presumably waiting on his signature) for a suit by the British Wright Company. He mentions some points of disagreement. He says that the 1903 airplane was not quite identical to the one described in the British patent, but rather used slightly less warping, and had the warping wire in the rear. He writes, also, that 105 flights were made in 1904, but that it's not quite true that 100 of them were successful. However, he writes, in some of the some of the successful instances, the aircraft were piloted accurately and were able to fly in circles.
