Всероссийская патентно-техническая библиотека (ВПТБ), the All-Russian Patent-Technical Library, is an official source for Russian patents and related information.

ВПТБ began in 1896, in St. Petersburg, as an internal library for the Department of Trade and Manufactures. It has gone through several organizational and name changes, with its name in 1910 possibly just "Патентная библиотека", Patent Library. Today it is located in Moscow.[1]

Its online database is ЭЛЕКТРОННАЯ БИБЛИОТЕКА ВПТБ. The domain names on this and adjacent sites include "fips" for the w:ru:Федеральный институт промышленной собственности, Federal Institute of Industrial Property.
