American patent agent Walter B. Burrow is listed as a registered patent attorney with registration number 6155 and address 279 Freemason Street, Norfolk, Virginia in the Roster of US patent attorneys, 1904 Revised, page 18
But the patents office "disbarred" him in February 1909: Roster of US patent attorneys, 1907-1910, page 31. He had moved to 407 Law Building, Norfolk, Virginia.
He must have been reinstated after that; he was the agent for later patents by Joseph Thompson Parker here.
