Ungarische Flugzeugwerke (Ufag) was founded by Baron von Skoda. This is Emil von Škoda the founder of Škoda Works.

This firm initially built Lohner B-series and Hansa-Brandenburgische C1 or C2 reconnaissance aircraft. It produced its own modified C1 in late 1916, building over 100 by the Armistice, while Phönix Flugzeugwerke built some 36 more.

Under Hansa-Brandenburg, the Gunstons say built its C1 but; under UFAG say it built the C2.
