Thomas W. Benoist was an aeronautics entrepreneur from St. Louis. He co-founded Aeronautic Supply Co. (later Benoist) with E. Percy Noel.
Benoist airboats were used in the St. Petersburg–Tampa Airboat Line which opened in 1914.
