Thomas T. Everett was a US patent attorney in the era predating the Roster of registered U.S. patent attorneys.

An article in Scientific American from 1857[1] refers to a Thomas T. Everett as the Chief Examiner of the Patent Office and possible candidate for Commissioner of Patents.
