Santa Clara Valley Aero Club

The Santa Clara Valley Aero Club was organized in San Jose, California during the first week of January 1911. It planned to hold several aerial events.

The directors were San Jose businessmen. Headquarters were at the Chamber of Commerce. The club had files of aviation journals for use of members and their friends.

John J. Montgomery was elected vice president of the club in 1911.[1]
