Percival Green Spencer (1864–) was part of the Green-Spencer balloon family, the son of Charles Green Spencer.

Made first ascent at age eight with father. Since, made balloon ascents and parachute descents around the world. Wrote on aeronautics and took aerial photographs.[1]
