- Gillett is officially listed as inventor, but the phrasing in the first paragraph suggests he had no role whatsoever in making the invention. I will impose the judgement that he's really not an inventor here at all.
- The phrasing suggests that Gillet owns the patent, afterward, although that wouldn't make sense unless they have some hidden deal.
