The Parseval XIII was a German-built dirigible bought by the government of Japan.[1] It 10,000 cubic meters of gas.[2]
On 17 April 1912 it flew from Bitterfelt to Leipzig, in an hour in a half, reaching 1,200 meters altitude, with two Japanese officers part of the seven-person crew.[3]
