Kreess was an aero inventor, possibly German, on whom we have quite minimal information, though his work, "controllable aerostatic apparatus called : aero- “rapid” ou “agile”", "Appareil aérostatique gouvernable dit: aéro-véloce", seem to be of note. He filed from the address 95 boulevard Beaumarchais, Paris, and was represented by Dumas.
