Joseph Emery Bissell was an aero inventor. In his 1910 British patent he gave his address as 231 Kennedy Street, Pittsburg, Allegheny county, PA, USA and his occupation as Merchant.[1] His 1913 Canadian patent shows him still in Pittsburg.
