The Continental Aero Club of Richmond, Virginia, was incorporated prior to 1 Sept. 1911 with capital of $1,000.

Incorporators, 1911, were W. F. Higgins, W. J. Newson, H. R. Tevis, and S. E. Norman.

It has not been ascertained that this was an aero club open to membership by other than its incorporators.
