The initial officers included Andreas Lubomirski, president; Wladislaw Ritter, Count Moritz Dzieduszycki, Tadeusz Rutowski, and Dr. Stanislaw von Rybicki, vice presidents; and Edmund Libanski, secretary and office director. Lieutenant Field Marshall A. Schodler was honorary president and Lieutenant Field Marshall J. Tapeiner was honorary vice president. In 1910, the club had 120 members and owned one glider. It used the Pierrennbahn near Lemberg as its flight place.
