Charles Bellens was a French aero inventor, an Engineer addressed at 43 Rue de Chezy, Neuilly-sur-Seine, France.[1] He filed notably in collaboration with Hugo Lentz on a few occasions. (We are currently working on matters of clarification pertinent to Hugo Lentz, who seems, on his own, to have been more strongly and productively versed in steam propulsion.)
