Botts circular wing

Both Wikipedia and Short's database refer to a flying machine of Botts in 1903 or 1904.

• The inventor is presumably Robert Henry Botts who has a 1901 patent and non-aero patents.
• En.wp refer to a Botts Flying Machine of 1903: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_aircraft_(pre-1914)
• Short's DB refers to a Circular wing invention of Botts in 1904.

We see no patent for this craft. Possibly we'll find what it refers to in some other publication.
