Benjamin Delahauf Foulois

Benjamin Delahauf Foulois was one of the first aviators in the U.S. Army Signal Corps.

In 1913 he was assigned to the Signal Corps Aviation School. In 1914 he became captain of the Signal Corps Aviation Section, and in 1916 he was commander of the First Aero Squadron in Mexico. When the US entered World War I he was Chief of the AEF Air Service.[1]

His papers are held at the Library of Congress.[1]
