Alexander von Willisch was a German engineer and aero inventor. He filed patents giving two addresses: "Formerly of Plahnen, Kurland, but now of 1-25 Badenschestrasse, Wilmersdorf, near Berlin".[1]
Some British patent data has him as an Engineer addressed at 34-35, Badenschestrasse, Wilmersdorf, near Berlin, Germany.[2]
He has six patents on google ([1]), but we don't see the ancestral German ones there.
