The Aero Science Club of America was an organization founded 1915 or earlier, oriented toward the construction of models and related experimentation.
George Anthony Cavanagh was the secretary, at 29 West 39th Street, NYC.
Tentatively, it seems this group had a youth outreach mission, and may have organized student groups as well as working with local "model aero clubs" around the country.[1][2] The Long Island Model Aero Club became a branch of it.[3]
All of our currently known coverage of this group comes from the "Model News" section of Aerial Age Weekly, edited by Walter H. Phipps and then Cavanaugh.
