The Aerial Navigation Act, 1911 was a UK law dealing with government regulation of aircraft activity.
The Act empowered the Secretary of State to prohibit aircraft from flying over prescribed areas. Punishments were to be administered analogously to the method described the Motor Car Act, 1903. It passed on 2 June 1911.[1]
The bill apparently went through some changes while it was being debated.[2]
It was extended by the Aerial Navigation Act, 1913.
