(We are treating Patent HU-1910-59091 as the parent patent of both this patent and Patent FR-1911-422554 because the Hungarian patent was filed some days before and because at least administratively Hungary seemed to act as somewhat of a base for Romania.)
A long narrow aircraft with fixed wings, this is an odd heavier-than-air, composed as it is almost entirely of a structure based on the aerodynamics of the insect.
