E. de la Sauce was an aero inventor with a patent in Germany and probably also this one in France for the same year: Patent FR-1894-240158. Location given as Berlin, French-sounding name notwithstanding.
De la Sauce worked with a guy named Kloss; E. de la Sauce & Kloss advertised rigid balloon frames in 1908.
Some patents unrelated to aero were filed in the 1890s by a Berliner named Carl August Ernst de la Sauce, probably the same person; occupation, engineer; address, 8 Usedom Strasse, Berlin
