Alois Wolfmüller was a German aero inventor and engineer. He worked on motorcycles and on experimental aircraft.[1] He filed patents from Munich.[2]

He was a friend of Otto Lilienthal and some exchanges of their letters are available.

He cofounded the 1894-97 motorcycle firm Hildebrand & Wolfmüller with Heinrich and Wilhelm Hildebrand.[3]

American patent data has Alois Wolfmüller appearing among witnesses to a patent filed by Karl Ludwig Waldemar Geest.[4]
