The firm Société R. Bourbeau et H. Devaux was a French car maker from 1910 to perhaps 1925. Their cars had the brand Bédélia, it seems. The company was founded by Robert Bourbeau and Henri Devaux.[1][2]
The company filed for several aero patents but we don't see other aero activity so far. The company's patent filings describe the company's activity as "Manufacturers. They gave the address No. 32, rue Felicien David, Paris. The company's Wikidata entry treats Bédélia as the company name, apparently incorrectly; the company should have a separate entry from this brand name. Or perhaps the company took on this name at some point.
Another relevant patent perhaps not included here is FR 431862: [1]
