Pedro Traversari

Pedro Traversari was a soldier and aero inventor who as a young man designed a monoplane while studying at the Chilean military school. This aircraft had a fuselage in the style of Blériot, wings in the style of Deperdussin, an original landing apparatus, and dual rudders.[1]
