"Dusséqué Jean Xiste" standardized here to our Jean Dusséqué did work revolving around a "system" of airship construction and design. This original, incidentally, has "Megjelent 1899. évi junius hó 17-én" (that is, "Published on 17 June 1898"). The 1899-06-03 date given as "Publication/disclosure" could therefore be a date granted, though that is awkward. Consistency regarding filing dates is at least a relief.
