This patent was found, oddly, is the course of our ascertaining the details of Patent DK-1909-14560, filed by Henry Calder Lobnitz, to which reference is made to a presumably Danish patent numbered 8795. Specific phraseology treating Patent DK-1909-14560 as a per se "addition" is used. We may have a case here in which a non-Danish inventor, the British Henry Calder Lobnitz, was strngly encouraged, by the Danish patenting authorities, to defer at least some credit to an invention filed earlier by an incidentally Danish inventor.
There are date meaning and other protocols with which we are not familiar. The contents of the two patents make the above possibility seem at least feasible
