Georg von Schoenermarck was a military officer and aero inventor who became an officer of some aerial navigation societies in eastern Prussia. He was recorded as a Captain (Hauptmann) in some records and as a Major in others. His family was famous and he is not the only Georg. He was recorded as being in Dommin or Dommen or Demmin at various points. Hungarian data has him as a Captain located in Demmin, Pomerania.[1]
