C. C. Hines was an author and U.S. patent agent for aero matters in Washington DC.
He must have been in business with Victor J. Evans and Rexford M. Smith. Hines acts among the "witnesses" on at least one patent filed by Rexford M. Smith in conjunction with Connecticut Aircraft.[1]
He also acted as among "witnesses" on still other patents one which we have other patent agents.[2][3][4]
