RU Group V
Группа V was the main Russian classification for aeronautics patents granted between 1897 and 1912.
Per the Russian Technical Society in 1905 this classification includes:[1]
Группа V. Домашняя утварь. Галантерейные ручные и дорожные предметы. Ножевый товаръ. Слесарныя издѣлія. Спортъ. Музыкальные инструменты съ принадлежностями. Измѣрительные приборы: оптическіе, физическіе, химическіе и чертежные. Часовое дѣло.
The closest matches to aeronautics are Спортъ/Sports and дорожные предметы / travel objects. One can imagine aeronautics being shoehorned into this category after not really being envisioned in the original system.
After 1912 the main classification for aircraft was RU 62.
