American patent attorneys Fred G. Dieterich & Co. have entered our data with Fred G. Dieterich and Albert E. Dieterich also appearing among witnesses, on the same patent.[1] This mention of witnesses is based upon those neatly type-entered on the final text page of the document.

We have Fred G. Dieterich as a solo patent attorney, with A. E. Dieterich and Louis Dieterich appearing among witnesses.[2] That this data predates that inclusive of "& Co." fits pre-expansion firm patterns with which we are familiar.

We have an H. G. Dieterich possibly appearing in handwritten signature.[3] When it comes to witnesses as shown on diagram pages, as well as patent attorneys, we are always dealing with varying degrees of legibility. This could be "F. G. Dieterich", or we could be dealing with another family member, such as those we see above.

We also have Fred G. Dieterich appearing among witnesses on a patent filed by Cornele Berrien Adams on which Munn & Co. serve as the patent attorneys.[4]

Dieterich and his firm are listed thus in the 1903 Roster:[5]

1158 Dieterich, Fred G., 602 F street, Washington, D. C.
20 Dieterich, F. G., & Co., 602 F street, Washington, D. C.
