Commander '''Jerome C. Hunsaker''' was an engineer working in the [[U.S. Navy]]. He was an instructor in aeronautical engineering at [[MIT]] in 1912–1916. he was head of the [[Aircraft Division, Bureau of Construction and Repair, U.S. Navy|Aircraft Division, in the Bureau of Construction and Repair]] from 1916–1921 and then in charge of the Design Section, [[Department of Aeronautics, U.S. Navy|Department of Aeronautics]]. He wrote various papers during [[the war]] including one commissioned from MIT in 1915 by the [[National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics]].
